Robotics in DC spawned at Kipp/AIM Academy in Washington, DC as a Saturday School course when Leshell Hatley, founder of Uplift, Inc. and The Center for Learning and Educational Media agreed to teach robotics to the 5th & 6th grade classes.

This blog is used to document this year long journey as the students learn about brainstorming, design, engineering, time/project management, robotics, and a bunch about themselves.
